Description:

Urb’s Sweet Island OG Hybrid Live Resin Disposable is a revolutionary blend of THCO, Delta 8 Distillate and rich Live Resin from fresh frozen hydro-carbon extracted flower. THCO, also known as THCO Acetate, Delta 8 Acetate or Pur-Infinite is similar to delta 8 THC but is much more potent than both Delta 8 and Delta 10 THC. Typical distillate is extracted from dried and cured buds, stripping out natural terpenes and other compounds through the process. However, Live Resin extracts retain oleoresins and terpenes and is also rich in minor cannabinoids, working together for a more robust effect and natural cannabis taste. Live Resin is known to be the highest grade and most sought after concentrate in the cannabis world.

Sweet Island OG Hybrid Strain Description:

Strain: Sativa
Effects: Energetic, Uplifting
Flavor: Sweet, skunky flavor with undertones of grapefruit

What is THC-O?

"THC-O is the acetate ester form of THC, sometimes called THC acetate ester, or O-acetyl-Δ9-THC. It’s usually known as THC-O acetate (or ATHC or THC-Oa) among experts, but has been shortened by almost everyone to THC-O. Sometimes people drop the hyphen and call it THCO or THC O. However you decide to spell it, it’s pronounced “THC-oh”—that’s the letter O, not a zero.

Like delta 10 THC and the other hemp-derived cannabinoids on the market, THC-O is chemically almost identical to delta 9 THC, the intoxicating compound that dominates marijuana plants. And its effects are very similar to delta 9, but because it binds more tightly to the body’s cannabinoid receptors than the other THC forms, THC-O is more intoxicating than delta 8, delta 10 or HHC—and is even stronger than delta 9 THC (more on that below).

THC-O is available in all the usual cannabis styles: vapes, oils, edibles and flower. THC-O vape carts and disposable vapes are sold with either unflavored distillate or with added terpenes for flavor. THC-O is also mixed with edible oils like MCT to make tinctures for oral use. There are THC-O edibles available too, including gummies and chocolates. Finally there is “THC-O flower,” which is simply hemp flower infused with THC-O."

What is Delta 8?

Delta-8 THC is one of more than 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis sativa plants, but it’s not present in significant levels. Therefore, concentrated amounts of delta-8 THC are typically manufactured from hemp-derived CBD, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Delta-8 THC is a psychoactive substance that is known to be less potent but chemically similar to delta-9 THC, the compound often referred to as THC that results in an intoxicating “high.” It’s sometimes called delta-9 THC’s nicer younger sibling, says Daniel Kruger, Ph.D., a researcher at the University of Michigan. Delta-8 THC may provide much of the experiential benefits of delta-9 THC, such as relaxation, euphoria and pain relief, with fewer adverse effects, he adds.

What is Live Resin?

Live resin is a cannabis concentrate extracted from freshly harvested marijuana plant material that's been flash-frozen (or fresh frozen) at sublevel temperatures, blasted with solvents like butane, propane, or butane hash oil (BHO), and pressed. It is generally regarded as the echelon of quality in the weed world.

Trouble Shooting for Disposable Vape Pens:
Disposable vape pens are ultra convenient, but there are times when you may end up with a disposable that, for one reason or another, simply won’t hit. Here are some trouble-shooting techniques to try if your pen won’t produce vapor:

  • Try pulling harder. Because disposable vape pens do not have a pre-heating element, it may take longer to warm up the oil and produce vapor. You just need to suck harder, until you get a hit.
  • Tap it. There are times when an air bubble can get stuck in the cartridge, preventing airflow. If this happens, you can try tapping the side of the cartridge a few times to break up the air bubble. Be careful, though, and don’t tap it too hard or you could crack the device.
  • Dislodge the debris in the mouthpiece. Sometimes the problem can be a clogged mouthpiece, due to pieces of debris getting stuck in it. Look inside the mouthpiece to see if anything is blocking the airway. If you see something, use a small, pointy object (such as a paperclip, safety pin, or toothpick) and gently work around the inside of the mouthpiece to try to remove the debris.
  • Check the Battery. An indicator light should glow in the device as you inhale. If the light does not turn on when you pull on the device, the issue may be a dead battery. If your battery is rechargeable, plug it in and charge it for 30 minutes – 2 hours and try again. (NOTE: The indicator light can be on the side or bottom of the device.)
